Is it mandatory to include 'score' and 'rating' fields in the payload of an API request, as seen in a request example?

In the request example [available here]
(https://developer.datarisk.io/reference/score-de-estabilidade-empregat%C3%ADcia), there is in the payload the fields 'score' and 'rating'. These fields might be on the output, not in the payload which should receive only the 'cpf' field.
